Carl Cox is one of the world's most beloved techno DJs and is seen as a musical ambassador all over the globe. International superclub brand Pacha could think of only one international superstar DJ to ring in the New Year at the brand new Pacha in New York City - and that's Carl Cox. A professional DJ since his early teens, the Brit is a veteran of the acid house sound, a leader of the British rave scene of the 1990s and a producer who has seen pop music success. Cox has twice been awarded the #1 spot on DJ Magazine's Top 100 DJ list and over the past two years he has remained in the top 10, proving him to be a beloved figure in the dance music world. Carl Cox is a resident at the legendary club Space in Ibiza so it makes sense that he comes to New Yor's Pacha to play on the biggest party night of the year since Pacha's flagship club is also on the island of Ibiza.
